DAY 1
I thought about what I should do last night. After searching many of the storefronts in the town and finding hardly enough supplies to last a week, I decided the best course of action would be to get out of the town on foot. There was obviously an epidemic here so intense that the survivors had to put down the diseased for their own safety. But that doesn't explain the pieces of torn flesh from their sides. Regardless, it is obvious to be that is would be unsafe to stay in this town any longer. I am heading inland. I am hoping I will be able to find a functioning vehicle and enough fuel to get me out of here, but the chances of that are looking slim. Most of the cars I have seen are either blown up or out of gas, and the only gas station in town is bone dry. It seems whoever was here seemed to leave in a hurry. I have enough food for a few days, and a hunting rifle just in case. I took a cell phone so I can update and check this blog anywhere I can find coverage. Tomorrow I set out. I will follow the biggest road out of town, it will hopefully lead me to the next Town. Wish me luck.
